my name is Rita McMahon. i had a kitchen faucet replaced on 8/3/21..He was having a hard time connecting it in place..he didnt have job complete, he turned water on and water sprayed all over my floors. after job was done . i asked about a senior discount that was in the Harvard HomePages Book. He told me the job is too small for a Senior Discount. It doesnt say no discounts on small jobs. it is still a job' I am on a fixed income and every penny helps. and what might seem like a low fee to you was high to me.
