We would not recommend this company to anyone!! They build our house like the last 3 homes we had. But our houses were Custom but this one ended up being a Spec home....he was a lot of talk about all the things he had done and showed us pictures of what he had done...but we never got into one of his houses. Boy did we make a mistake hiring him...we've had problems with the plumbing, electrical, concrete, framing in the crawl space under the house, and the person he hired to terrace the back yard getting it ready for block walls did a terrible job and had the guts to charge us. It has taken so much more work to get the walls ready for the concrete blocks because of the way he did it. They didn't leave us most of the paperwork on the things installed in the house and we didn't get any paperwork on how the septic system works. Someone even took off the warranty numbers on the shower and tub/shower so they don't have a warranty and we all ready had to have someone come and fix both. Thank goodness he was nice and fixed them, but let us know we needed paperwork with information to get the warranty on them. The builder took all that as well. ..It was one big night mare and he hasn't fixed any of the problems since he moved out of town and hasn't been back. So that has cost us extra money in the long run...He finished last March 2020 and it took over a month just to fix the main things that we needed right away to work. We have been fixing all the other things for the last year. So if you do hire this company, be ware....we don't have the quality and it cost us more to have it built..pretty sad...We wouldn't even give it a rating of 1 if we could give a 0 we would!!
