All Pro installed an above ground pool for us. The problem we had is that they do not return your phone calls. There is no customer service rep. The lady name Faith answers calls from her cell phone. Our pool was not leveled and could not pass inspection. I called them for several days and they still would not return my calls. I had to call the pool company who referred me to them to call them for me. This has been a very frustrating process. I strongly would not recommend this company to install your pool.
As of today, they still have not come out to level my pool or return my calls...unbelievable.

BUYER BEWARE!!!! $1,700 worth of damage to our 4 year old paver patio with their CAT machine. Don is fully aware of the damage his machine caused and after initially promising to have it repaired, so we wont take them to court, they have reneged on that promise and now after 3 months of waiting for our repair to be completed they are refusing to repair or cover the cost of the damage they caused. They do not return phone calls, emails or text promptly. I gave them every opportunity to make this right. They do not care about their customers, future business or their reputation. I would never recommend them to anyone, after what they have done to us. This company is a hire at your own risk.
