Do not ever hire this company!!! The man is a sheep in wolves clothing!
He comes on as a very old style polite person but in the end you find out he is not.
We had a contract he did not follow. His reason for not following the contract was "He said he did not read it??!!! A general contractor who works for the government. Hum. Well he basically stole from me. Even after I called him on it he continued. Well lets be clearer. He rented a home from me with stricken guide lines.
Only 2 people could live in the house. He must clean the house like every tenant must.
He refused to clean the house. He refused to return the house keys. Past his move out date, he moved his son into my home with his wife to vacation. They left the house filthy. I took the cleaning from the deposit. And from then he decided he would use his license to inspect my property for anything he thought might not be up to code and started a which hunt on my property. This man has no ethics or morals. He will stomp on anyone for is own best interest. DO NOT RENT TO HIM! DO NOT EVER HIRE THIS MAN! You will wish you didn't!!!!!
