Allen B Shao took 60% of my contract money,
and after finished 10% of the project,
he just ran away.
During the first 6 months, he always called me and said he will be back tomorrow.
But he never came back for the work.
Then After 6 months, he even refuse to pick up my phone call or reply my email.
He just disappeared.Before you hire him, think about if you want my terrible experience.

We hired this contractor for kitchen remodeling. He couldn't keep schedule, quality and promises. We are very disappoinemented with his performance. Not recommended.

Now the permits have all expired and he refuses to continue the job, leaving the owner stuck to find another contractor and repay for the very expensive permits. Do not work with him.
