Leaking hot water heater. Live in Cottonwood Heights. Tech was very professional but forgot to re-light pilot before leaving. Water went cold. Called to have him come back to fix. Was told I had to wait until Monday, called on a Friday. The receptionist was very rude. I am recovering from Cancer and hot baths help with leg pain. Also had the flu, was very sick. My husband had to come home from work to re-light pilot. Water heater still leaking after it heated up. Chose not to have them replace it, can't deal with the receptionist.
