Working with Rafael Lopez and Alltech Builders was horrendous. The job was a simple reach-in closet demolition to prepare the space for a different company to install a custom closet.
Rafael arrived an hour and a half late, only after I texted to remind him, with no apology or explanation. He also removed the baseboards after I asked him not to, had been working so slowly that he estimated the job would go 4 hours over and would require a second day of work. He also did not consistently wear a mask to prevent the spread of COVID and was generally uncommunicative and excuse-prone.
I strongly recommend against hiring Rafael. Find another contractor.
