Allview Building Services Inc. is the worst agency/business to rent from. Mr. Bhandhel was the worst landlord/slumlord I have ever encountered. He has no clue what professionalism is and intimidates his tenants on a daily basis. Soon after moving in his rules included my child not being able to play outside, my child not being able to play in the back yard, a late fee for my rent being paid after the 1st of the month even though it was paid before the 5th, not being able to get dish network, and not being able to sit out front my house. The last straw came for my family and I when we had a gas leak in our home due to his poor maintenance of the appliances in the apartment and he demanded that my husband and I pay $100.00 dollars for the repair. I repeat BGE explained that the gas leak was due to poor maintenance but he wanted to charge us, his tenants, to pay for his negligence. When we refused he gave us 30 day notice the next day. I guess we were supposed to remain in a house that could explode at any moment. Not to mention he has a habit of entering your home unannounced when you are at work. If you are thinking about moving to the Severn, MD area, and you answer an add for a 3 BR/1BA townhome, and you arrive to view the home and are greeted by an older gentleman of Indian/Asian descent RRRRRUUUNNNN!!!!!!!! DO NOT RENT from this man or Allview Building Services Inc., if you do it will be one of the WORST decisions you will ever make. Take this advice from a well meaning stranger and choose another landlord. P.S they are plenty of other private owners who rent townhomes in the area. P.S. S. the review dated March 9,15 is a fabricated review written by Allview Building Services Inc. I know of NO ONE and I mean NO ONE who has had a positive experience with this company. RRRRRRUUUUUUNNNNNNN!!!!!!!

Mr. Bhandhel is a awful landlord with no type of professionalism. He does a bad job with the upkeep of his properties. He does fast fixer ups with his homes so that he quickly rent them out and he usually preys on Section 8 or any type of voucher program participant because he is guarantee money and he know how to work the system. He is truly a slumlord.

Mr. Bhandhel maintains his properties very well and is a fair landlord. The poster by the name of kbuncome was my neighbor and was always behind on their rent. They maintained a filthy home and actually spread roaches over to my house. Mr Bhandhel addressed this issue quickly and gave her notice.
