We bought our house in 2019, and it wasn't updated from the previous owners. We first met Gary when he came and gave us a bid to update our electrical panel on the inside, update the panel on the outside, and place a 2 foot tube through our awing to bring it to code where the electrical came in the house. His price was fair and was in line with the other bids that we received.
Gary was amazing, he put in extra slots to make sure if we wanted to add a garage later, run power, we would be able to do that, the way our breaker boxes looked was top quality work. We also had him install some outlets in our house because there was limited ones in our bathroom.
As the pandemic hit, we decided to install a bathroom. Gary did all the electrical work for use, he put a heat lamp in our new bathroom, and also did our tile for us. The way he takes pride in his work is as if he is doing work on his own house and wants to make sure everything is correct and to code, at a very reasonable price.
We mentioned to Gary when he was doing some work in our house that we wanted to add a garage, he mentioned that he just got his General Contractor's license and if we were interested in he would give us a bid. With all of the other quality work he did for us, it was a no brainer for him to give us a bid, and have him build our garage. Once we got the cement work done, Gary was able to start on the garage. Having a shortage of wood made it difficult, we needed support beams that we got pushed out on, and through Gary's contracts he was able to make it work and get them in. Gary and his crew were meticulous with their work, making sure everything was built correctly from the specs. When 5/8" OSB was hard to find, he made sure he found the correct wood for our roof to not skimp on the safety and structure of the garage. Gary made sure the shingles were intertwined with the old shingles as we were adding an attached garage to a carport to avoid any leaking. Everything about our garage that was built was to specification of the engineer's plans.
I can go on with the quality of work that was done for our garage, but the best part is we had our inspection today, and because of his quality of work, there were no issues with the inspection. We will use Gary and Alpha Custom Construction LLC for all of our needs. You will not be disappointed with his work and the quality work that is done by his company!
