Alumacovers is easily the best patio cover company in the business. I took bids from 10 contractors before picking alumacovers. They were easily the best in terms of what the offer to dollar was. I got a huge patio cover made from premium materials for quite a good price. Thanks again.

Great prices and also gave me 3 days to cancel which was Friday....when I called Monday the sales person told me contact William the next morning
William lost it when I tried to cancel .... I was trying to explain and he would not hear my explanation told me that it was order the next . I told him I had 3 days to cancel or change my mind but he would not hear me out , called his sales person a lair
And hung up on me ... sending me several upsetting texts after that.
Great price bad customer service !

This company completely wasted my time. I contacted them to come and look at the scope of my patio project and they sent someone out right away. They did the diagramming and mentioned it would go to engineering and then to the city for permitting. A couple weeks later they came and did more measurements for engineering and I signed an agreement and gave a deposit on 04/28/2021. I received a text on 05/19/2021 that there was an engineering change necessary and they would call me to fill me in on that. They called me back on 05/21/2021 and said that due to the engineering issue that the owner did not want to do my project. They wasted a month of my time and here I am thinking that the project should start in 3 weeks. Meanwhile, I have been holding my neighbors up for painting based upon when we can get the project going. My question is, shoe on the other foot, would they be willing to let me out of my side of the contract so easily? Doubt it. The worst part is that I did not go with this company because they were the least expensive, I went with them because of the rep they had in the field. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, they have a shady operation and did not even try to make the project work. Save yourself the time and frustration.
