Terrible customer service. Failure to communicate changes in their schedule that caused me to sit around for an entire day waiting on a phone call to see if they'd even show up, which they never did. Never apologized for the inconvenience of wasting my entire day while I waited for them to just call back with some basic information on what to expect. When they did show up, the following week, they acted like they were doing us some great service by just being there. If they are truly 24hour service, why couldn't they call at some point. When we tried to call and confirm, we were blown off and told we're call you back, which they didn't in any timely fashion (it was hours later at best). Rude. Unprofessional. Undependable. Only stayed with them so I didn't have to start the process over with a different contractor. Not worth the trouble and aggravation.
