HORRIBLE. Ralph is extremely unprofessional, unreliable, and a liar as well. Yesterday, we had an appointment for 12 pm. He called at 11:46 am asking if he could come today at 1 pm instead because he was having trouble with his truck. I said fine, since I had worked overnight and was exhausted anyway. And then he had the nerve to tell my friend that it was because of ME that he rescheduled!! (LIAR).
Then today, he texted/called at 12:19 pm, asking if he could come then instead of 1 pm. I was in the shower and did not get the message till 12:40 pm, so I just figured he would show up at 1 pm, as any professional person would. Boy, was I wrong. I called him at 1:37 pm, left a message asking where he was, as I was waiting for him. He NEVER called me back and NEVER bothered to show up.
When the friend who recommended the company called him to see what had happened, he didn't answer at first. But when she called his boss (Richard Amador), all of a sudden, he called her back. I'm sure they were together. And then he said that he had texted me, but I never called him back!!! WHAT??? YOU WERE SUPPOSED TO SHOW UP AT 1 PM!!! Thanks for wasting my time, Ralph! Then he asked if he could come tomorrow, and I said no, absolutely not. You've wasted enough of my time as it is!
These people are a DISASTER, and I want nothing to do with them. If they are so unprofessional when I'm just trying to get an estimate, and have NO respect, whatsoever, for me and my time, I can only imagine how badly they'll behave when I have a leak after they install my roof! A previous customer on this site says that they avoid you like the plague when that happens. Thanks, but NO THANKS!!!! And other online review sites, here I come. This review will be there too as a warning to others.

Amador was recommended to me in an emergency situation with my 91 yr old father's leaking townhouse. The responded to me immediately, and started immediately. Armando was communicative, efficient, sent me pictures (I live out of state) and the crew cleaned up as they said they would. I am very grateful. I would recommend them in a minute! Thank you Amador.

He is a great person, knows about roofing, but just wait until your roof has a leak and you will have trouble, he will sneak around to avoid the repair, it will take for ever to do a repair, even after multiple attempts my roofs was still leaking, and forget about repairing all the paint damaged after the leaks.
