I hired Amerasian Construction to do an extensive remodel of a house in Berkeley which was a big mistake. They supplied me with poorly skilled employees which lead to poor work product at a rate of $35 per hour. Kitts installed a temp power pole form me. He failed the first inspection because he comingled different manufactures that were not compatible. He finally passed the second inspection charging me 16 hours at a rate of 60/hr. He expects the owner to pay for his ignorance. According to his invoice, he disposed of debris in Sacramento when he was supposed to dispose of it in Berkeley. I strongly feel that he was doing work for others and charging me. Additionally, he charges me for gas coming from Dixon everyday. He is dishonest and provided me with work that had to be done over. He pads his time and his workers time. I am presently going after his bond and license. I suggest that he goes back to school and learns how to do things correct the first time.
