Our experience with Ameribild, and Steve Letwinch, was regrettable, We felt that we paid a premium for timely and professional repairs. We got anything but.
Our project was estimated to be completed in 3 months. We were displaced for more than 6 months. It's important to note that these delays were not the result of change orders or hidden damage, just poor organization.
Our project was very well funded, and there should have been no reason to cut corners. However, instead of hiring the proper trades, (eg drywallers or tile setters) the project was largely left in the hands of handymen, and it's reflected in the results.
When asked to correct some of the many deficiencies, repairs were hasty and haphazard, or Steve refused to address them at all.
