Amazing! Ryan was very professional and helpful in designing the perfect lanai for our home. We were out of town for two days and when we came home our lanai was already installed and we began to use it. The whole process was very professional. I would HIGHLY recommend this company and plan to use them in the future as we are moving to a new home. American Home Center did all the necessary paperwork to get approval from the city and we didn't have to do anything. I can't rate them high enough...

I had always wanted my screen room done and done the right way. I went through a few people to do the work but anytime they come around to assess the work, they never come back.
When I saw American Home Center's sign in my housing development, I made a call and Mark showed up two days after. He assessed the work and gave me a quote the same day.
Mark did everything such as the HOA application, and the permit. I have never seen such a beautiful work at least places that I have been. My family loves the screen rooms we got. My God it's beautiful. I felt like a kid in the candy store. I stayed outside just kept walking back and forth and thinking about all I could do with that space.Mark, thank you force wonderful and professional experience and thank you for your honesty. You did an amazing job. I have referred you already to all my friends who want a screen room done.

I just had my screen room installed and I'm in heaven. I love it so much! American Home did a beautiful job. Mark did all the initial paperwork (HOA application & pulling the permit). He communicated with me throughout the steps of this project, ensuring that I was getting everything I asked for. From the concrete team who poured the concrete - laying out a beautiful foundation with no errors, to the team who installed the screen room - it was one of the most professional teams to do business with.

American Home Center just installed our screened in patio. It is beautiful.
Mark was great to work wit and his crew is amazing. they do everything for you, permits, HOA application.
starting with the concrete team that pours the patio to the screen team.
Great group of contractors. They clean up after, leaving nothing behind.
Our neighbor had her's installed the same day and other neighbors have already contacted Mark for additional quotes to have theirs done as well.
I would highly recommend this company to anybody. competitive pricing, great communication, great customer service. -

I have spoken to the owner (Mark) as well as his son (Brian) several times over the last few months and was advised that this would be priority as I have been an extremely patient customer. I have now been waiting about 3 months for this "priority" to be taken care of and have absolutely no more patience. This company has been in business way too long to not have their work done properly! If I wanted to get wet every time it rained I wouldn't have spent $11k on a covered patio!!
