    Used them twice now on my condo in a Mountain View and also my home in San Carlos. Both times they were on budget on time and showed concern for quality. Good job guys (and gals)...

    I used American Renewal twice to replace windows. The materials used are good quality, the first service was excellent and tech professional and cleaned up after work completed.

    The second service needs improvement:
    Technicians (2) were friendly and personable, only one understood and spoke English
    Near end of job I walked the job and noted what area was left to do; moments later they cleaned up, packed up and left.
    I walked the areas noted earlier and the bathroom screen had not been installed;
    Tool was left behind.

    I called my rep Rod and technicians returned to fix. Great, they left. I discovered later that the Original curtain holders were returned, however they were place incorrectly that they no longer matched the dimensions for me to return my curtains. Not happy.

    I called the salesperson Rod and he offered to come out to correct. By that time I had I lost patience and this otherwise positive experience was reversed.
