Contacted this company about getting an estimate and heard back the same day and this morning they came out!!! The gentleman that came out was very knowledgeable and was a pleasure to do business with. I am very impressed with the customer service and getting out to see us in less than 3 days. Once we get the estimates back on work we need done I will come back and update. So far so good !!!!

We just had Josh and George replace all our houses gutters and also do some screen enclosure repairs done. Everything looks and functions perfectly and we'd recommend to anyone looking to have work done.

Please read below.
January of this year I had Josh from American metals come out to the property give me a quote for a few metal roofs (4) ROOFING systems we agreed he did them they’ve been leaking ever sense and Josh or American metals have yet to come back never to the property. They’ve called me several times telling me that they’re going to come, but they’ve never arrive as they always have some sort of excuses . Josh was pretty responsive in locking in my contract and taking my deposit but after that the communication went south the project took a lot longer than expected and it’s still leaking to this day roofs & gutters.
I’m hopeful consumers will read this review and avoid the Sand-trap of dealing with this company. Make sure you do your research.
