I wrote a check to American Contracting Inc. to a person who came out to repair my refrigerator's ice maker back in August. This person, who is employed by Maximum Appliance, determined what was wrong (incorrectly) and said he needed a deposit of $100. for the service call and the parts needed for the repair. He returned a week later with the wrong parts and installed a part that did not fix the problem. He then said he needed more parts and I have not heard from since. I would like to get my $100. back from American Contracting Inc., since that is who the check is made out to.
