Still waiting...
Pre-planning communication was excellent, project construction was solid. Contractor had good subs in most areas, but a couple subcontractors had issues with availability or treatment of grounds. Some issues with final paperwork. In the end, we are happy with the work that was done, so are giving a rating of 3 stars.
