We had a horrible experience with Anco construction company.
Anco signed a contract with us on March 9th 2017 and obtained building permit under Anco for a remodeling project in SF. They took $10K retainer and committed a full crew and milestone payment schedule.
They only showed up 1.5 days a week and after 8 weeks of delayed project,while demanded early payment ahead of schedule. We paid to please it to get the project moving forward. Then they one sided terminated the contract without discussion and refused to refund $10K deposit and prepaid work which did not meet the milestone .
We are going through the license board and seeking help to get this corrected.
