I have bought a home from Anderson Custom homes and noticed the built quality is very bad and not even one year complete. The concrete cement is coming out from the driveway and totally messed up in front yard. I had requested to warranty department to fix the issue and they said the outside home is not covered under warranty. I thought it is happening only to my home however I came to know many homes impacted similar challenges. . I would prefer not buying home such poor quality has been given for homes.
