Everything was straightened out with Anderson Exteriors. The village did not call the correct phone number of this contractor and that is why they could not reach them about the permit. Somehow my messages did not reach the contractor as well. They came and repaired the damage to the ceiling and all is well. Mishaps sometimes happen when there is construction of any kind. As long as the problem is fixed that is all that matters.
