  They are the worst. Please don’t do business with them. We hired them to complete our pool and he abandoned the project during the most critical time. Our pool was filled with water without the pool equipment. Did not hook up the electrical work to the panel and we had already paid them for all. Our decking was also poorly done, we hired someone else to complete the job and spent more money fixing his mistakes. He is a thief. No answers, no calls backs. The whole experience was a disaster. And I can go on and on….

  Garage Build

  I hired this contractor to rebuild my concrete/ brick garage in October 2021. The work was to be completed in mid-December. Now it is September 2022, and all I have is a large hole and dirt pile where the old garage existed. The work appeared to start off well, but once the walls went up, it was clear that the work was extremely sloppy, and did not conform to the requirements of the architectural plans provided. The wrong size blocks were used, the cores were not solid filled, no horizontal rebar as per requirements. The dimensions were not correct, and the walls were not plumb or level. The mortar was very sloppy and had large gaps which could easily allow water penetration. I tried everything I could to allow the contractor to correct his work and be patient with his schedule, but other than tearing down the poorly built walls around July, the contractor has made no progress. Even after paying ahead of schedule, which was a mistake, the contractor tried to get additional money from me to redo the block walls that he didn’t build correctly the first time. The contractor was very friendly to work with, but had no regard for the schedule provided, the masonry work was the worst I had ever seen, and there were times he was completely unresponsive to communication. His crew also left trash, equipment, and materials all over the driveway, yard, and landscaping for months, which I had to clean up after. Hire at your own peril.

  I hired Andrade Construction LLC last August 2020. The job was to remove the pavers around my house, dig and resurface the dirt so water drains away from the house, place drainage pipes and weed barrier, and then replace the original pavers. It was to take 2 weeks. Andrade's price was the highest, but he made all types of promises regarding the quality of his work and how seriously he takes his business. The work was to start 08/12/2020 with 1/3 down payment ($2000). He did not finish the job until 11/02/2020. He seldom showed up, came at the worst times making all types of noise and blasting music while my daughter was taking exams for college which at the time was remote, and he threw trash everywhere for the duration of his job. There were numerous problems with his work after completion but he ignored my calls. I sent text messages and emails to which he responded that he will come and check the problem. He has never returned to fix any of the problems. Water pools in areas of the pavers and as soon as it started getting warm weeds sprouted everywhere. Andrade has zero work ethics, no consideration for customer time and he is a thief. His work looked the same as before he started by Spring 2021 - this for a job he competed in November the year before. It is a disgrace and he should be ashamed to take ownership of this job.
  I gave Andrade plenty of time to fix his mess before I reviewed his poor workmanship, but he has not made an effort to fix his mess.
