Andrey A. Orlov
Andrey is unreliable, unprofessional, and unethical. I gave him a $2,000 deposit on a $10,000 job in which he promised to have the rough completed in a few weeks, he then cashed the check and told me he was leaving the state for another job for a month. He then tried to start working without pulling the permit. Next he argued with me about the work being complete for rough inspection, refused to do it, called for the inspection and got chewed out by the inspector for not having it done. Once we got past that and more drama, I tried to regroup with him, get on the same page. So he asked for $5,000 more for materials and promised to get on the rest of the work, and I’ve barely seen him since then. That was over a year ago. He agrees, in writing, then no shows, we argue, then he makes up an excuse as to why the work can’t be done. At this point I have no other recourse other than to sue him.
