Did poor work including failure to properly secure closet wire shelving to the studs. The shelving eventually came out from the wall when loaded with minimal weight.
Couldn't properly size the back of the master bath vanity and left huge holes where he missed the plumbing lines on his first attempt.
The kitchen counter was installed very poorly leaving gaps between the counter and backsplash.
He buried a sizable amount of building debris in the front and rear of the home rather than pay for its proper disposal and left the temporary electric service rather than remove it.
Overall, he built a barely adequate home and didn't even return all of my appliance allowance.
