  I was in contact with Andy about a month before my fiancé and I made settlement. He was professional and courteous from the start. He came out a couple days after I made settlement for an estimate. His prices were good and I felt safe with Andy. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. We talked every day until the project was completed. His work was amazing and clean. He painted my kitchen cabinets and every room in the house. I will definitely be using Andy once we start the bathrooms. We are very lucky to have found him! Thanks for everything Andy!

  After exchanging voice mails, finally talked and the first thing asked by the painter was "did I get a quote from CertainPro"? Responding no I did not and was not going to, he immediately said he was not as cheap as they were. I said, I was not interested in the cheapest rather just getting an estimate. Called ended with the contractor saying he would contact back to set something up. Suffice to say, didn't get a call. Since bidding process is part of the overall work to be performed, I have to rate this concern rather low as they did seem somewhat odd. "Reliability, Accountability, Integrity". Not demonstrated from the beginning usually translates to the full work.
