    Roofer was hired to replace roof at a home I recently purchased. After moving in with a brand new roof, after the first rain, roof leaked around the chimney. There was obvious damage there before, rotten wood, no flashing done around chimney. Owner came out, tried to put moisture barrier around and area, said it would cost me $800.00 for new flashing work. Next rain it leaked again. Had another roofer come and showed me how the roofing material was poor, the nails were installed inadequately and in the wrong place. Obviously the seller of this home looked for the cheapest roofer out there. That's why they hired someone from Danbury to come to Southington. Roofer walked away doing a poor job, leaving obvious damaged plywood around the chimney and total disregard for the fact that this would leak again. I don't know how people can live like that doing a terrible job. I am having someone else fix the problem... not this guy.
