    Anthony knows the process and was very responsive whenever I reached out to him. One of our plans was not filed correctly (missed one plumbing change) which cost us a lot of time but not completely his fault. He came in in the middle of a job.I would recommend him as rates were very reasonable.

    We hired Anthony after our prior architect bungled the filing and lied to us. Although she got us through landmarks smoothly, she told us that she had filed the plans with dob in feb 2016 and we discovered in June that she hadn't filed the plans and wasn't close to ready. Her design was good but we lost many months as a result of her failure. Anthony picked up the plans, finished them and got us through dob relatively quickly. My point in giving you that background is only to make clear that I cannot speak to his design work. But in terms of process he was excellent. He was highly responsive, knowledgeable and very effective with DOB.
