This contractor was recommended to me to grade in and around and install footing in my pole barn arena. The contract called for dirt to be graded up to the building first. This was never done. The porous material that was dumped along the perimeter has settled and there are huge channels on all sides. The situation gets worse with every rain until now I have several inches of water halfway across the interior after a storm. I was told this is "wicking" and any corrective measures have been refused.
