We hired Scott Hayes to build a freestanding 576 sf carriage house that included a garage, an unfinished attic, and a finished, climate-controlled workshop. After the architectural drawings and engineering site plan mandated by Fayette County GA were completed, Scott took over and managed every aspect of the project. He hired and oversaw the subcontractors who cleared and prepared the site, demolished an existing barn, framed and poured the foundation, framed and roofed the structure, put up the brick and siding, installed the HVAC and electrical, finished the interior, and poured the driveway. It was truly and amazing process, especially considering the supply and worker issues brought on by the pandemic. The finished product is of superb quality and matches the existing house perfectly. Furthermore, the project was completed under budget (which Scott predicted). We highly recommend Scott Hayes for all custom building projects.
