The owner did a very poor job in building my grandmother's house and refused to do repairs. In fact, he made a reckless choice by working on her property without workers' compensation insurance. He should have avoided the contract with her, but he did not. When she learned months later, he claimed that he did not know his license had been suspended by his licensing board. Nieto Construction is not a business that can be trusted.
