  reseal roof mobile home

  Had mobile home roof resealed. Anthony responded quickly & was very professional. He was knowledgeable & thorough re details of the project ( including pictures of the roof )
  His bid was the best of 3. He & his son were prompt, & finished in a timely fashion. We were very pleased with the results & quality of their work! Would highly recommend them.

  Gutter Install

  Andy did a new gutter installation for us. They performed the work as quoted in a timely manner, customer service was top notch, and they matched the paint color perfectly.

  Gutters and downspout

  $700

  I booked an appointment for an estimate and walk of the property. It took a couple of days. The owner seemed nice but also a hair absent-minded when it came to following up to set the appointment.

  When they arrive it's a guy and his son. They look, they measure, they tell me why I needed to replace my gutters and not just move the downspout. It's going to be more expensive and they want me to sign on the spot. I never sign contracts on the spot. I usually sleep on it and do my research. Anyway after more pressure, I sign their contract. He had put something in there that the color may not be a complete match and I sign anyway. They got it good now, they don't even have to perfectly match the color... good deal for them.

  Next morning I get a text that the signed contract I have in my hand is void and they are backing out. No explanation except they say, despite the hard upsell yesterday (when they said can do everything I need at the property including paint and patch my stucco) SUDDENLY it is not a "good fit." I ask at least for some explanation - anything. Nope, just a repeat of the "not a good fit" story again.

  They really wasted my time and I have to start from scratch again to find someone else. I guess their signature isn't worth the paper it's written on.

  Paint house

  The painters didn’t finish doors and left driveway door a mess. House painting pretty good, but missed many spots. Tried to contact them at least half dozen times; no return calls, only one earlier e-mail response, but did not repair mistakes. A case of paid on the spot, no return, very disappointed. Grandfather and grandson came to repair metal driveway door, rush job & no good, paint peeled off again. Grandfather’s attitude was slightly agitated. Finished and left paint can outside. A friend is now doing the job correctly.
