This contractor did not give me a contract. He made me to get permits to not be responsible for not performing the job in correct way to pass the City. He removed a wall with no permit and I would be killed in earthquake. The bathroom pluming did not pass the permit. The heater passed but has a lot of noise and is not working properly (we moved the furnace to eliminate noise and work properly). He installed doors incorrectly and was a mess. He was not willing to correct any of the problems. He collected the contract price, yet with false documentation and he put a lien on my house. He is under investigation. The lien was put with false documentation and I was not notified and the title company had to pay him in escrow. I am going after him at this time. Do not hire this guy. He changes pricing on you. Make you to go under unnecessary costs (he told me because of my oven changing from Gas to electric, I need a new panel and he will have the wire for the oven go through that panel). He never switched the line from Sub-Panel to Panel. He is unreliable person as well.
