By Michelle A.July 14, 2021New roof and paint the outside of my house
David and his crew are AMAZING! I was so pleased with his work that I referred him to my neighbor and my brother!
He returned my call right away, showed up on time and gave me a bid that was better than anyone else’s.
David is honest, reliable and affordable!
And best of all the job is done right!!
Thank you Apodaca Construction. -

David is amazing! We have used them for several projects, most recently an office remodel. Their work is clean, detailed and very professional. They are always our first call when we need work done. 4 weeks ago out basement was flooding due to drainage from bath ? tub upstairs. First person I called was David. He was there really quick and resolved the issues quickly. He was very reasonable with his price. He did such an amazing job. Thank you Apodaca Construction ?

By Marissa R.April 13, 2020Roof repair
I am a fairly new homeowner. My neighbor was nice enough to let me know that a wind storm had ripped off my shingles in my roof. Of course it happened Easter Sunday so I took to Facebook to find someone to help me. David Apodaca immediately messaged me and was willing to do a free estimate. Within 12 hours I had an estimate and a genuine person advising me on the pros and cons of insurance. He offered to do the work same day. After speaking to my insurance company and knowing I had a good experience with David so far- I reached out to him. Less than 24 hours later my roof is fixed and I have found my new general contractor for any future house needs. Thank you David for your kind, honest, and efficient service.

David was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a concrete job for our patio. The concrete cracked after four days.we paid extra for more calcium to prevent cracking for it was in October,David said that would prevent the cracking.then his heat blankets left marks and a white residue on the concrete it was not what I paid for! He did not want to fix it,I told him that he doesn’t have to replace it just seal the crack and smooth out the concrete that the blankets made. After asking for about six months he offered to paint the concrete I said no that’s not what I want. That was the last we herd from him.now it’s been over a year and after winter water seeped into the crack and then the frost heave’s pushed the concrete up and now the whole concrete job is ruined. David won’t return our calls looks like we’ll be have pursue legal options.David might do a good job when it goes smoothly, but if there’s a problem he’ll take your money and run.David is dishonest and untrustworthy I would not recommend him to do any job.
