    Horrible service just send random guys to your house with not even a business card of who they work for. Not one guy on the job spoke any English so you can’t even ask questions. Then the project manager refuses to answer or return calls.

    Exceeded expectations!!! The crew was friendly, conscientious and professional. I forgot to move outdoor furniture, but they did so and carefully. They were on time, clean, and the prep was outstanding. They made sure I was informed at every step. There was a problem area in which the builder "wrapped" finishes to "look" like wood and they matched it to perfection. Good luck to you if you don't choose them. Anyone else can only do just as good, but cannot do better!

    Poor communication. We signed a contracts with this company because they were in bed with our attorneys representing us in the DR Horton stucco defect claim. The work took weeks to complete. My home was painted a random color which I did not select. Now after only a few months one of the stucco columns they repaired has a new crack the width of a quarter. Multiple change orders because they found "additional damage" which only increased their bottom line from the job,

    We utilize this company through law firm Florin and Roebig. They came in timely manner and did great job with the repairs. Home looks like it did when we purchased it 5 years ago. Now hopefully the law firm pays them because I haven’t received a dime from the lawsuit!

    From beginning to end AWESOME. Chris Rodriguez and his crew were professional in every way. My home was not easy to paint but these guys knocked it out in one day and it was perfect. As a homeowner I had made a mistake and ordered the wrong color, contacted Chris about my error and he assured me not to worry and he told me he would fix it, sure enough the next day it was fixed again awesome. I would highly recommend Aptitude, and we are planning on painting the inside and guess who I am gonna call. Thanks again Chris and Aptitude

    Seal/Paint the exterior of the house

    The worst customer service I've had the displeasure of working with. First off signed a contract with this company through a law firm in the beginning of the year where they indicated that work would start around March. When i returned to the state in June only to discover the work was never complete. After calling and having a representative come out to assess the job of was complete. Now after the job was complete it was my understanding as well as that of the representative of the company that the payment would come directly from the law firm after the proceedings. I was contacted by Som ( the company's representative) to indicate that the law firm had already mailed out the check to me which included the payment, I said at that time, would you mind sending me the company information so i could send out the payment to you, as I just finished moving and don't have access to the documents that has the contact info., to which he replied I'll get that info to you ASAP. Guess what never got the info. Well today I was angered to get a text message treating me with litigation then when I called the individual and confronted him about what was said they got mad and hung up on me.
