Used the online contact form, and three weeks later got a call from Sue to schedule an appointment. Nobody showed up at the scheduled time, no call. The next day Sue seemed almost irritated that I was bringing up the no-show. I was promised that Gino would be out that same afternoon, and got a call a few minutes later confirming that it was on his schedule. Once again, total no-show, no call, no nothing.
With everyone home and stimulus checks in their pockets, everyone is doing home projects, and I'm sure Aqua Fiori has more business than they can handle. That certainly won't always be the case, and the way they treat customers when things are good will inform how customers treat them when things are lean. They'd do well to remember that.
