Do not trust this scum bag!!! he is a professional scam artist and a pathalogical liar! he was supposed to finish our pool and fence dec of 2016. the work he has performed so far is trash!
he put up one side of our fence so far and is crooked. we had a professional fence company come and take a look to finish the project. he did inventory of the fence material and told us we are missing half the material still. our concrete deck has cracks already and still has not been sealed. our wall he started is not even done properly. the water company he used called us looking for him because of nonpayment, the concrete company stopped by looking for him because his check bounced. we have to pay Tens of thousands of dollars to get everything fixed. stay away from him. we are taking legal action. -

This very unprofessional Josh Alston charged $16,000 to paint the pool, install a diving board, and to provide and install a custom cover. a year later and it's not done. He doesn't pick up his phone, he doesn't answer emails or texts. I'm going to court, newspapers/news broadcasts, reviews and billboards in Easton/Allentown to warn other people!!

This piece of TRASH JOSHIN' JOSH lied to us, we hired him to install a fiberglass pool which was to be installed by June 15 of summer 2016. First lie - the building department lost he permits that he NEVER dropped off. 2nd Lie, our fiberglass pool cracked while they were loading it, its going to be another week, 3rd LIE - his father died , he even lied about the graphic detail of his death, how upset his mother and daughter were, who does that unless your crazy! I sent this lying sac of $h&t a pot of sauce and baked cookies and HIS FATHER IS ALIVE AND WELL!!!! so many more lies I can't even write them all. Lie after Lie after LIE...Joshing Josh should not be hired for any job!!! My pool project is still not finished, He was paid for the cover, the vacuum all of the pool equipment in full and ripped us off. He actually called us to ask if he could borrow money for our equipment that he couldn't pick up because he spent our money! now that he knows I know his father is alive He is too much of a coward to even return our calls! DO NOT USE! FRAUD! He either snorted or gambled our pool money I'm sure! HE BELONGS IN JAIL! POS!

It went horrible. I put down a deposit and he came to collect more money 3 months before he started the work claiming that the payment was due when he dropped off supplies (he did not leave any supplies) He was over a month late starting the job. He worked weird hours and was very random about showing up. my contract said he was going to have water trucks come to fill my pool up. He was not making any money off of the water but he needed to include it on my bill. Imagine my surprise when I got a bill from the water delivery place in October because Josh never paid them and they were coming after me for the $1200 owed to them. (that was $300 less then what Josh charged me for that water! ) He could not do the job correctly because of how long it was going to take and how behind he already was so he told me he would come back at the end of September and finish the work and close my pool. Against my better judgement we gave Josh his final payment and I am still waiting to hear from him. He does not answer phone calls and he ignores texts. Unprofessional, unethical, unreliable are a few words that I would use to describe Josh. He is a horrible business man. He had a good ole boy thing going on. My word is my bond. I was really looking forward to Josh doing work on my pool. I thought I was getting a good deal from a good guy. I was completely blindsided and I am still waiting for him to show up for his week of Sept. 26th appointment to finish the job. Thank you Josh for teaching me a lesson. I thought there were a few good guys left. Honest, hard working etc... I had you all wrong!

Beware!!!!!! In December 2018, we hired Aquatic Pool Professionals William Alston to build an inground pool and retaining wall. Over the past year and a half we have paid him $27,784 in progress payments. We have been billed and payed for a pool shell, pool equipment, pavers, and a heating unit. About a year ago the hole was dug for the pool and an unsound retaining wall was built, the wall is currently bowing/leaning out. We have not received any of the equipment/items that we have paid for. We have concern that Mr Alston does not have a license, insurance or permits.
