Logan got back to me right away, at the busiest time of year. He came to my home a few days later and made time for a few "quick fixes" to get things functional, and put me on the schedule for a thorough sprinkler fix in the next few weeks. Knowledgeable, professional and good communication. I hope I don't need sprinkler repair too often, but would happily contact him again and refer him to friends.
