We own three condos in Cambridge and did our first renovation in 2014 with Arkadiy. He renovated 2 bathrooms, 1 kitchen, painted all rooms and also did the hardwood floor. In 2018, he renovated my second condo in Cambridge. That time, he painted all the rooms. did crown molding. Currently (2019) he is renovating our 2 bathrooms . We hired Arkadiy whenever we think of renovation. You can find contractors easily but you wont find someone who CARES FOR YOUR HOME. He suggested many things (which we did not even think of or knew). And that's why he hire him. Plus his pricing is much more reasonable. I am truly hoping he does not get old so he can do my another kitchen soon ;) .
