March 26, 2014 Archetype Builders left our home renovation project, initially at 6 pm, then corrected their statement to Fire investigators to reflect 4:30 pm. Their last act, was welding a steel beam and turning off an electrical breaker in a historic 1920 mansion on Lullwater Road. Hours later, the house was engulfed in FLAMES. It burned to the ground in a 3 alarm fire. They were subsequently sued by Allstate for well over $1M, for not carrying insurance , making false statements and causing the fire. DO NOT HIRE them. I cannot even believe someone at the state issued insurance to them. Or, that anyone else is giving them business.
