He is a very nice man and knows what he is doing. I had no issues except my permit took forever (almost 2 1/2 months each- total of almost 5 months) to start the work - he was out of country and after completing and there was no follow up by him or builder, never informed me what was the hang up and I paid heavy fines for the delay. When I came to know, I called and followed up with e mail with DOB and landmark and got permits within 24 hours.
