They did a horrible repair. It ended up causing damage to the system.
I also bought their membership package which gives you a 1 year warranty. I called less than 48 hours after the repair because I had concerns about the repair (the unit was making an extremely loud rattling noise after there repair) they told me they could not come out right away and said the earliest they could come was in December ( this was in September). My concerns were valid though because less than 5 weeks later the repair they did ended up causing damage because the fan blade wasn’t secured, came loose and shattered things on the inside.
When I called them again, of course they came up with every excuse in the book not to honor the warranty I paid extra for. Whenever I made a valid point they would come up with another excuse.
They are really expensive as well. Almost double the rate of other companies. If they honored there “satisfaction guaranteed” policy and warranty it would have been worth it but they do not on both accounts.
I am now taking estimates for a whole new system and ducts and I will not be using this company.
