Scott does fairly good work, when he pays his workers decent wages to live on. People who have worked for him for many long years, get paid on average, 80 cents above minimum wage. He is so paranoid, that if an employee talks to the owner of a house who is having Scott lay down an asphalt driveway, Scott fires that employee. He charges 40 bucks a ton above what other contractors charge (you can see by Scott's house in Glen Eden, that he makes a good profit while his employees are dirt poor). Do not use this company. You get charged for material not put down and work not actually done.
