My experience with ARG Contracting and specifically the owner, Jeff Geist, was beyond terrible. He remodeled the bathroom in our game room. He gave us a lower quote than others which should have been the first red flag. He took the job during the slow season. Once he started our job, the weather turned nice, and he took a larger job building a garage for another customer. He then started rushing everything and complained about how far away we lived. He did not install the frameless shower doors correctly (per the company and a second contractor), he did not level the floor - in fact, he said nothing about it needing leveled until he told me that he was going to place a block of plywood under the new $1000 vanity! WHAT!!!!! I have thought about taking him to small claims court a million times over. To add to his complete incompetence, he is an absolute jerk!
