  I discovered after three years that that shower that was put in was not properly installed or waterproofed, and has been leaking causing considerable damage internal to my home. I've tried to coordinate with having Luke come out and confirm what I was told by a plumber and by American Leak Detection but he failed to come by twice, and has failed to call me back. I do not recommend them as their after work service is essentially non-existent if you run into problems.

  Terrible from start to finish. I found Luke on Angi's list, and chose him because he said he could start the project that weekend, but after I paid a deposit Luke told me everything was on backorder for multiple months. Finally got to the installation part nearly 2-months later and Luke was beyond rude the entire time, criticized my home, USED THE N-WORD in my house, charged me additional money the day of, and installed broken parts throughout the bathroom. I complained about the broken parts and he tried to convince me they were not broken. Finally, he said he would replace them and that he would come and replace them. That never happened, he just kept telling me the parts were coming or back-ordered. Best of all he called me about a month after the project was "done" to tell me he accidentally used my credit to pay for his health insurance?!?! I would advise hiring a chimp over Luke at Arizona Commerical. Worst and most unbelievable experience of my entire life

  I would not recommend Arizona Commercial Plumbing. Arizona Commercial Plumbing had a ton of 5-star reviews, but Luke, the son of the owner who works in the Phoenix area is very forgetful and uncommunicative. He was apologetic but none of the companies knew what the other company was doing. Just very unorganized. Arizona Commercial Plumbing ended up fixing the job but still didn't address plumbing issues that I had asked about previously. They still have not followed up to make sure their fix-it job is okay. They are also very good at coming up with excuses and making you feel sorry for them like sickness or hardship going on in their personal life. Good handyman and contractors are so hard to find.
