First off, they started tearing my roof apart without covering any of my patio furniture. What a mess. No one on the job spoke English so if I had questions or concerns, the workers called someone I talked to on the phone who wasn’t present to even view the site to address my concerns. Called the owner but he has yet to return my calls. Clean up after project and communication are below par for the price. Some of the roof project is not complete but no one seems to be returning my calls so I can get some answers.

I'm a Minnesota native having purchased a home in Sunland Village East within this past year. My knowledge of clay tile covered roofs is/was limited from zero to very limited knowledge. Hired George Gordon - Arizona Tile Roofing LLC last Wednesday morning at 10:00AM. A six man crew was here by 11:00AM, because they were working on other SVE neighborhood roofs that morning, .... and began my complete roof repair job. They covered areas of my ground, plants, etc with tarps to catch roof debris & dirt. Though the crew spoke limited English we communicated just fine using an English to Spanish speaking phone app. The work crew worked long hours each day and the entire job was completed around noon on Friday. ... Basically a 3 day job! I was VERY impressed with the job and the work crew! Everything the salesman of this job, Tom Gordon, told me that his crew/workers would do was spot on and completed properly! I was/am very impressed with the job and this outfit!
Absolutely no complaints!!!
...... Though I never "swung a hammer" constructing homes/buildings I've had 40 years of construction involvement back in Minnesota. I wish this roofing construction crew had worked for me when I was younger and active!
