have been waiting for 18 months for arm aluminum to fix the poor work they did on my screen room and still have no results. When I call the owner Reilly is either on vacation or says it will be done in 2 days. That has been going on for 11 months now. I am in the process of selling my home and continually get feedback at how awful my screen room looks and Reilly simply says, "Tuesday, next week, its all good" if you can find him at work or you are able to get him to do work, its not bad, but very poor customer service. Never completed job, even after involving the BBB.
