    Home remodel

    My experience with this contractor was absolutely amazing! Furthermore, Armen's diligence and professionalism were second to none. I spent approximately $200,000 on a remodel of our home in Woodland Hills. Not only was the job done in time, the work was absolutely amazing. In fact, our home was featured in a local magazine. In closing, I highly recommend this contractor as he is an exceptional individual with the upmost professionalism and integrity.

    Complete condo remodel

    Armen was unprofessional, disrespectful, and inconsiderate in the way he dealt with me as his client. He committed to my project and then backed out last minute... twice, even though he knew I was putting my life on hold and waiting for him. He submitted a proposal for my complete condo renovation projects in February, I accepted and we agreed to start the work in May. 2 weeks before he was scheduled to start, he said he was too busy and wouldn't have time for my project. I then offered to wait for him when he had availability and he committed to "mid to late June". Over the past few weeks he continued to move the date out, until he backed out - again - and told me via text message. I have been sleeping in a vacant house on a mattress on the floor for months now while I waited for him. I also put a deposit on a rental apartment to live in during renovations and I will not get that money back. Armen was well aware of my situation, he knew that I was waiting for him, and the way he has treated me is simply disrespectful and inconsiderate. I wouldn't trust his word on anything.
