Arpad was extremely helpful as far as getting all the necessary approvals, we could not have done it without him and are very grateful to him to this day. We did not have an ideal experience with the contractor he recommended (second choice as his first choice was busy at the time) and Arpad was not involved in the daily supervising of the project. However construction is beautiful and sound and we are enjoying it since.
