    Does not stand behind their work. Very messy with details and it is noticeable that they just throw a house together to get it on the market to make a profit. They do not follow through with fixing items within the closing period on the house - so warning, you should not move forward with a home built by them. Sloppy work for a high price tag. Realtors in the area have even commented that they have never worked with a builder who neglects to reply to emails/calls regarding their work.
